- Exam fee (Rs. 80) exempted for: SC, ST, BC, PBD and Ex-Servicemen; families holding a Household Supply White Card (A.P. residents); and unemployed youth as per G.O.Ms.No.439 (declaration required).
- Exempted-category candidates from other states (except PBD and Ex-Servicemen) are not entitled to fee exemption or reservation.
- Candidates of other states pay the Rs. 80 exam fee along with the Rs. 250 processing fee.
- Payment mode: Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card. Fee refundable नहीं है। IPO और Demand Draft accept नहीं होंगे।

Qualification
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a university in India established under a Central, State or Provincial Act, or from an institution recognised by the UGC, or any equivalent qualification.
- Degrees obtained through Open or Distance Education must be recognised by the Distance Education Council. B.Tech/B.E under distance mode is eligible only if recognised or approved by AICTE.
- Religion: As per Section 29(3) of the A.P. Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987, the Executive Officer must profess the Hindu religion. Candidates of BC-C and BC-E are not eligible for this post, as stated in the notification.
- Nationality: Candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Candidates with an equivalent qualification must send a copy of the Government Order to the Commission within 10 days of the last date for applications.

Horizontal reservation: 10 posts for women (OC) across West Godavari, NTR, Guntur, Palnadu, Bapatla, Prakasam, Nandyala and Ananthapuramu, and 1 post for PBD (VH) in Nandyala. Reservation for local candidates follows the A.P. Presidential Order 2025, as stated in the notification.
Selection Process and Exam Pattern
- Written Examination (CBRT): Objective type, degree standard, two papers.
- Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): Practical test. Candidates shortlisted after the written exam must qualify it to be eligible for selection.
- Final Selection: Based on merit in the written examination, subject to qualifying the CPT.

- Negative marking: 1/3rd of the marks for each wrong answer.
- Paper-II topics include: Ramayanam, Mahabharatham, Bhagavatham, Puranams, Temple Agamas, Hindu festivals, Vedic culture, sources of income for temples, duties of Executive Officers (Section 29 of the Endowments Act, 30/87) and basic knowledge of land records.
- CPT: 60 minutes, 100 marks, on Office Automation and use of computers. Minimum qualifying marks: SC/ST/PBD 30, BC 35, OC 40.
- Minimum qualifying marks in written exam: OC, Sportspersons, Ex-Servicemen and EWS 40%, Backward Classes 35%, SC, ST and PBD 30%.
- Question paper is in English and Telugu. English version is treated as authentic.
- Exam centres: 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh, with three centre preferences allowed.
