Selection Process
NTPC जरूरत के अनुसार कई stages में selection कर सकता है:
- Applications की shortlisting / screening (qualification और experience के base पर)
- Written exam या Computer Based Test (अगर जरूरी हो)
- Personal Interview
- Medical examination (NTPC Medical Board द्वारा)
Minimum eligibility पूरी करने से shortlisting की guarantee नहीं मिलती।

- 10 साल के experience का पूरा proof: offer / appointment letter, joining letter, promotion व transfer orders, experience certificate (NTPC format में), Form-16, हर साल की 2 pay slips आदि
- Private sector candidates के लिए पिछले 3 financial years का Form-16
- Government / PSU candidates के लिए NOC और pay-scale circular या matrix
